ECE Registration Help


If you are registering to the Delta Portal for the first time you need to be logged on to the Member portal first.

 Please note that the account for Members Portal and Delta Portal are not the same.


Here are the steps to successfully register at the Delta Portal:

1. Login to https://portal.eccouncil.org with your username and password.


2. Click the ECE Delta Portal link on the left menu of the Member Portal




3. You will be redirected to https://portal.eccouncil.org/delta/


4. Click Register




5. Fill in the required details. Now you have successfully registered with the ECE Delta Portal

Note: You can use the same username for both Members and Delta Portals.

6. Next time you do not have to login to https://portal.eccouncil.org to access the ECE Delta Portal
